The Groove Merchant turns 20

The birthplace of the record lable Ubiquity/Luv N'Haight/Cubop, sung about back in the 90's by The Beastie Boys, the seminal source for the rarest of grooves, a SF institution and destination for any and all collectors of the best in obscure sides... The Groove Merchant (The Store) turns 20 with this essential release. Owner and crate digger Chris Veltri (a Gilles Peterson of the US) selected the diverse 15 tracks from his deep vault and shares them with the world in one fell swoop.

We celebrate the recognition of this store and it's dedication to the disciplined sale of vinyl.

Add to that a beautiful poster included by one of our favorite graphic artists
Freddy Anzures.
